At TRIDEV INDIA NATURA, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy.

Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.
• Certain products such as perishable goods, edible items, opened herbal products, and personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective product
• An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order Number
• Product Images
• Unboxing Video (if available)

Our team will verify the request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• COD orders will be refunded through bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
